What is CBD?
CBD is a compound found in the cannabis/hemp plant and is extracted using specific extraction methods such as CO2. CBD comes from the cannabinoid family and offers anti-inflammatory, neuroprotectant, and analgesic benefits. Unlike THC, Hemp CBD does not produce any psychoactive effects.
Is Hemp CBD Legal?
Think Botanicals products are legal in all 50 US states. It’s important to understand that Hemp Oil is NOT the same as cannabis oil, despite them being made from the same plant. Despite being made from the same plant, they are simply made from different parts and therefore have different levels of CBD and THC. Cannabis CBD Oil is usually made up of between 5%-10% THC (psychoactive effects ), while Hemp oil contains 0-2% THC. Our Isolate CBD contains 0.00% THC.
How is CBD taken?
CBD can be delivered and introduced into your body through numerous forms. Today, there is a wide range of CBD products including; CBD oil, tinctures, edibles, syrups, salves, gelcaps and capsules. You can also vape specific CBD oils (make sure to select a blend that is designed to be vaped.) There is a 98% absorption rate with CBD oil and tinctures because the CBD gets absorbed directly into the bloodstream, especially when administered sublingually.
What Can CBD Help With?
